What we collect

• When you ask to be matched: the answers you give in our form, such as your name, phone number, email, province, age range, home value and what you'd use the money for.
• When you use the calculators: nothing. Calculators run in your browser, and we don't store what you enter.
• When you browse: analytics information such as the pages you visit and your browser and device type, as described below.

How we use and share it

• We send your form answers to one licensed mortgage agent so they can contact you about reverse mortgage options.
• Our form is provided by Heyflow, which processes your answers on our behalf.
• We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with more than one agent without your permission.

Consent and withdrawing it

By sending the form, you agree that the agent may contact you by phone, text or email about your request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing [email protected] or by telling the agent.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics on reverseguide.ca to understand how the site is used and which pages lead to enquiries. These tools may use cookies and receive information about your visit. Your form answers are not sent to Google. You can turn analytics off or on for this browser here:

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions for 90 days after we receive them, then delete them. The agent you're matched with keeps their own records under their own privacy policy.

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
